Cook and strip casings are perfectly designed for cooking of ham, poultry and other types of foods that go into slicing applications.
The Cook and Strip range has the same features as the Vector “Classic” range. They have
“standard”, “easy peel” and “zero meat adhesion” options, which are efficient in stripping off
to maximize saleable product.
They can be used for round, D-shape or square products. Tint colors are available to aid product identification.
