VECTOR™ "CLASSIC" RANGE CASINGS
Vector™ “Classic” is designed to protect meat mixes or other food products during cooking
and shipping. These casings have a wide range of properties, which allow tailor made
solutions for many products.
Vector “Classic” features include:
- Different levels of meat adhesion (ranging from zero meat adhesion for highly adhesive meat mixes to standard meat adhesion for maximum moisture retention)
- Types available for cylindrical and for special shaped products
- High Oxygen barrier option for some types
- Wide range of Layflat Sizes and colors
- Non pre-soak option for improved process flow and increased hygiene
