VECTOR™ 4000 RANGE CASINGS
The Vector™ 4000 Range is made for cooked sausage manufacturers and for food producers using clipped "sausages" as packs for products such as cheese and butter.
Vector™ 4000 Casings are designed to protect meat mixes and other food products during cooking and shipping. These casings have either a high gloss or traditional appearance and have an easy tearing property. They have one level of meat adhesion.
This range is especially suited for the production of cylindrical shaped sausages, where good caliber stability, helix peel and appearance are important.
